- Hi,
-
- Myself and other people I have talked to on IRC have found problems with
- corrupt inline gifs when running AWeb.
-
- I have isolated the problem to the gif datatype, the zgif one causes the
- problems. By replacing the zgif datatype with the "official" datatype things
- are fine. I do not know whether the bug lies in the datatype itself or in
- AWeb. I have reported it to the author of AWeb. The datatypes are available on
- Aminet.
-
- (util/dtype)
- ZGIFDT39.16.lha 950624 7168 The FASTEST gif.datatype there is.
- ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^This one produces corrupt images with AWeb.
-
- GIFdatatype-39.lha 930403 5120 GIF datatype for OS 3.0 and up
- ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^This one works fine.
-
- Well I hope that cheers some people up :)
-
- Shaun.
